Coding Club

We are very excited to share a Coding Club opportunity at Pietrini School for fourth and fifth grade students. Students will have access to block coding programs, Dash and Dot robots, Ozobots, and Makey Makey circuit boards.

 

Coding is an important 21st century learning skill which develops critical thinking, problem solving, creativity and imagination, collaboration and teamwork. If you enjoy learning how things work, taking large tasks apart and breaking them down into step by step directions, or expanding your understanding of computer software; coding is the answer! if you've ever wondered how a video game works; coding is the answer! If you like to work with a team to solve problems, learn how to move characters through mazes, or develop your own games; coding is the answer!
